Internal Linings

Upon request, static clarifiers can be configured with anti-wear treatments or special protective coatings, designed to protect surfaces from contact with particularly aggressive sludge and to increase the operational lifespan of the structure over time. The solutions are defined according to the type of sludge being treated, the characteristics of the settled material and the specific operating conditions of the plant.

Electrical Controls and Operator Interfaces

Static clarifiers can be customized with tailor-made electrical control panels, remote controls, automatic opening systems and interfaces compatible with PLCs or management software. Each configuration is designed to integrate easily with the existing plant layout.

Safety Accessories

The static clarifier can be integrated with control sensors and safety devices designed to monitor the correct operation of the system and prevent potential abnormal operating conditions.

These solutions allow the detection of material build-up, critical levels or situations that could compromise process efficiency or the correct sludge flow.

The devices are configured according to the characteristics of the treated material, the operating conditions and any specific regulations required by the project.

Health and Safety Features

Poggi offers a range of accessories designed to improve operator and workplace safety: guardrails, warning beacons, access ladders with safety cages, service hatches, emergency stop devices and emergency push buttons.

Level Control and Monitoring

Systems for level control and continuous monitoring of the material inside the clarifier are available, using digital or analog indicators configurable according to operational requirements.

The system allows constant visualization of the material and sludge level, facilitating process management, operational control and the prevention of potential overloads or operating anomalies.
