WEIGHING SYSTEMS
Poggi silos can be equipped with weighing systems for the accurate measurement of stored material quantities. Detection is carried out through integrated load cells, with data displayed on digital terminals. Upon request, advanced functions can be integrated for remote control, automatic dosing recording and traceability of loading and unloading cycles.
VIBRATION SYSTEMS
Poggi Big Bag dischargers can be equipped with vibration systems that facilitate material discharge, preventing bridge formation and ensuring a regular flow. The vibration system provides greater efficiency during emptying operations, even with compact or difficult-to-handle products.
OPERATIONAL ACCESSORIES
SUCTION DUST FILTER
To reduce dust dispersion during discharge operations, Poggi Big Bag breakers can be equipped with suction dust filters. These systems improve workplace safety, preserve the quality of the handled material and ensure compliance with emission regulations.
HEALTH AND SAFETY FEATURES
Poggi offers a range of accessories designed to improve operator and workplace safety: guardrails, safety sensors, warning beacons, access ladders with safety cage, service hatches, emergency stop devices and emergency mushroom buttons.
