Technical Accessories
Level Control and Monitoring
Systems for the continuous visualization and monitoring of material levels inside the silo are available through digital or analog indicators. Upon request, sensors for remote monitoring, automatic dosing reports and verification of residual or discharged quantities can also be integrated.
Electrical Controls and Operator Interfaces
Silos can be customized with tailor-made electrical control panels, remote controls, automatic opening systems and interfaces compatible with PLCs or management software. Configurations with operational recipe setup and management, dedicated power boards and control systems designed to optimize performance and simplify production management are also available.
Equipment for Harsh Climates
For use in environments exposed to low temperatures or severe weather conditions, insulation systems, electric heaters and anti-freeze devices are available.
Additional Tanks
Upon request, the silo can be equipped with dedicated tanks for water or additives, integrated with specific management and control systems according to operational requirements.

Weighing Systems
Poggi silos can be equipped with weighing systems for the accurate measurement of stored material quantities. Detection is carried out through integrated load cells, with data displayed on digital terminals. Upon request, advanced functions for remote monitoring, automatic dosing recording and traceability of loading and unloading cycles can also be integrated.
Discharge Assistance Systems
The silo can be equipped with devices designed to improve the correct flow of material towards the discharge point and prevent the formation of build-ups or compaction.
Vibrators, percussion systems and fluidization circuits are available and can be configured according to the characteristics of the handled material and specific operational requirements, ensuring continuity and regularity during extraction operations.
